Common questions

Do I need to be home during service?

No. Most customers are at work. We use the agreed access point, close and latch the gate when we leave, and text a photo report once the visit is done.

Are chemicals included?

Yes. Standard balancing chemicals are included in every plan. Specialty work, such as a green-to-clean recovery, is quoted flat before we start.

Is there a contract?

No. Service is month-to-month and can be paused or cancelled at any time.

What if my pool is already green?

Send us a photo and we will quote the recovery as a flat price. Most green pools are swimmable again within three to five days.

What happens after a storm?

Signature and Estate plans receive priority storm cleanups: debris removal, chemistry rebalanced, and the pump and filter checked for damage.
